Return & Exchange Policy

 

At our store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to offering high-quality products and excellent service. Below is our clear and fair return and exchange policy:

 

1. Watches

 

  • Watches can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • A clear manufacturing defect or issue must be present.

  • The watch must be in its original condition, with no signs of excessive use or additional damage.

  • The original purchase receipt must be provided when requesting a return or exchange.

 

 

2. Perfumes

 

  • Perfumes cannot be returned once received.

  • Perfumes may only be exchanged if the bottle is broken, leaking, or has a manufacturing defect, within 7 days from the purchase date.

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition.

  • The original receipt is required to process the exchange.

 

 

3. Order Inspection

 

  • Customers have the right to inspect the entire order with the delivery representative before accepting it.

  • We encourage customers to verify the condition of all items—especially perfume bottles—before completing the payment.

 

Watch Warranty Policy

We provide an official warranty on all our watches, based on the watch category:

 

✅  High Copy Watches

 

  • Covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

 

✅ First Copy & Original Watches

 

  • Covered by a 24-month (2-year) warranty from the date of purchase.

 

 

🔧  Warranty Coverage Includes:

 

  • Watch movement only.

 

 

❌  Warranty Does Not Cover:

 

  • Damage caused by misuse or accidents.

  • Scratches, discoloration due to exposure to water, perfumes, or chemicals.

  • Battery, strap, external glass, or any external components.

 

📄 To claim the warranty, you must present the warranty card or original purchase invoice.
